PAYMENT METHODS

Please note online payments are made through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards. We also accept cash, money orders, cashier’s and personal checks.  Personal check payments must be approved by Alicia Zefta. All checks should be made out to Alicia Zefta.

 

GENERAL COURSES: CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you choose to cancel your enrollment in any of our courses, you will receive a refund depending on when you submit the request.

 

Cancellation Prior To Course Beginning

  • If you cancel your enrollment 2 weeks or more, prior to the course start date:

    • You will receive a 100% refund for your deposit and/or any payment(s) made for the course.

  • If you cancel your enrollment less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date:

    • If you choose to not re-register, you will forfeit your deposit but will receive a refund for the remainder of your payment(s) made for the course.

    • If you choose to re-register for another course your deposit can be applied to re-registration without forfeiture. You have up to 8 weeks from notification of cancellation of enrollment to re-register for another course.

 

Cancellation Once Course Has Begun

  • As most of our courses are 8 hours or less, once the course has begun there will be no refunds given. So please be sure to cancel prior to the start of the course to ensure you receive a refund of the payment(s) made.



 

PRO COURSES: CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

You can cancel your enrollment in a course at any time, even after it's started. The amount of your refund is dependent on if the course has started and how much of the course you have participated in. 

 

Cancellation Prior To Course Beginning

  • If you cancel your enrollment 2 weeks or more, prior to the course start date:

    • You will receive a 100% refund for your deposit and/or any payment(s) made for the course.

  • If you cancel your enrollment less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date:

    • If you choose to not re-register, you will be charged a registration fee of $150 but will receive a refund for the remainder of your payment(s) made for the course.

    • If you choose to re-register for another course a registration fee of  $150 will be applied for re-registration without forfeiture. You have up to 8 weeks from notification of cancellation of enrollment to re-register for another course.

 

Cancellation Once Course Has Begun

  • If you have taken 24 HOURS OR MORE of the 40 hours for the Makeup Artistry Course:

    • You will forfeit your deposit and the cost of the pro makeup kit, totaling $750.

    • You ARE NOT eligible for a refund of any payment(s) made for the course.
       

  • If you have taken 24 HOURS OR LESS of the 40 hours for the Makeup Artistry Course:

    • You will forfeit your deposit and the cost pro makeup kit, totaling $750.
       

    • You ARE eligible for a prorated refund of any payment(s) made for the course.
       

    • Refund example If you have taken 20 hours of the course and paid the course in full at time of enrollment, here is what your refund would look like:   

         $ 3,600     (course cost)
      -  $    750     (non-refundable deposit & kit cost)
      --------------------------------------------------------------
         $ 2,850     (remaining after non-refundable costs)  
      /          40     (# of hours in the course)
      --------------------------------------------------------------
         $    71.25   (prorated refund per hour)
      X            20   (# of course hours taken)
      --------------------------------------------------------------
          $ 1,425     (cost of the course taken)
      -   $ 2,850     (remaining after non-refundables)  
      --------------------------------------------------------------
          $ 1,425     (total refund you will receive)
